Flexible Stone

Installation.

Installation Responsibility Disclaimer

Flexible Stone products are designed for installation on a wide range of interior and exterior surfaces. However, the final installation process is outside the control of Flexible Stone Australia.

Installer Responsibility

The installer is responsible for:

• Assessing the suitability of the substrate
• Selecting the appropriate adhesive
• Ensuring surfaces are clean, dry, and structurally sound
• Following standard building and construction practices

Incorrect installation methods may result in product failure.

Installation Methods

Flexible Stone can typically be installed using construction adhesives or tile adhesives depending on the application.

The correct adhesive type will depend on factors such as:

• Substrate material
• Interior or exterior use
• Heat or moisture exposure

Installers should always confirm that the chosen adhesive is compatible with both the substrate and the stone veneer.

Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be:

• Clean and dust free
• Structurally stable
• Flat and properly prepared

Flexible Stone should not be installed on loose, unstable, or contaminated surfaces.

Professional Installation

Flexible Stone can be installed by experienced DIY renovators, builders, cabinet makers, or tradespeople.

For large areas, commercial projects, curved surfaces, or exterior facades, professional installation is recommended.

Exclusions

Flexible Stone Australia is not responsible for installation errors, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect adhesive selection
• Poor surface preparation
• Improper handling of panels
• Structural movement of the substrate

Product warranties apply only to the supplied material, not to installation work.
