Delivery Requirements

Some shipments may require:

• A forklift or unloading assistance for pallet deliveries

• Someone present at the delivery address to receive goods

If no one is available to accept delivery, additional redelivery charges may apply.

Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

If the packaging is damaged:

1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt

2. Take photographs immediately

3. Notify Flexible Stone Australia within 48 hours

This allows us to assist with freight damage claims.
