Flexible Stone Product Warranty

10-Year Residential / 5-Year Commercial Product Warranty

Flexible Stone products supplied by Flexible Stone Australia are manufactured from natural stone quarried from real stone, it is a veneer bonded to a flexible backing and are designed for long-term architectural use. Rammed Earth, Travertine are man made panels using clays, cements, inorganic minerals and colours.

Warranty Period

Flexible Stone Australia warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials for:

• 10 years for residential applications

• 5 years for commercial applications

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies only to defects in the product materials supplied by Flexible Stone Australia, including:

• Structural failure of the flexible stone sheet

• Delamination of the stone layer from the backing

• Manufacturing defects that prevent normal use of the product

If a valid claim is confirmed, Flexible Stone Australia may, at its discretion:

• Replace the defective material, or

• Refund the purchase value of the product supplied.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover issues caused by factors outside the control of Flexible Stone Australia, including:

• Incorrect installation

• Installation methods or adhesives used

• Structural movement of the building

• Mechanical damage (impact, scratches, chipping)

• Chemical damage from cleaners, acids, or solvents

• Excessive heat exposure beyond recommended limits

• Normal weathering or colour variation in natural stone

• Failure to seal or maintain the surface where required

This warranty applies to product materials only and does not cover labour, installation costs, or consequential damages.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

• Proof of purchase

• Description of the issue

• Photographs of the installed product
